WJ60-1600-2 double wall corrugated paperboard procuction line

The model WJ60-1600-2 is an economical and modernized corrugated board continuous auto-production line, is designed and made by absorbing advanced technology and experiences both inside and outside China, aiming at the features such as great variety and moderate batch of domestic mediumsized paperboard box plants.
With the principal functions of the large-sized production line reserved in this line, its construction has been simplified to lower production cost and make operation and maintenance easy.

The line consists of 24 sets of single machines and its total length is 51m. It can produce continuously 5-layer corrugated paperboard of AB flute or 3-layer corrugated paperboard of A or B flute in conformity with GB6544-86.The line is characterized by its reasonable construction,advanced technology,high quality production,high efficiency and low labour intensity.

Non-spindle primary paper stand

Non-spindle twin-web stand, capable of rotating through 360' and moving up & down.
6 movements to be effected under the electrical control.

Single-face corrugating machine

High-precision & high-qulity corrugating rolls.
Checkered glue-coating rolls to provide glue in cycles.
Upper corrugateing roll and pressure roll with their pressure increased by the pneumatic method.

Double-deck conveyer bridge picec

Paper to be draw at rapid speed but transferred at low speed.
Equipped with a cardboard defiection corrector and a cardboard tensioner.
Arranged with asafety rails and safety ladders

Triplex preheater

Upper and middle preheating rolls arranged with tensioners.
Working surfaces of all rolls being interchangealbe.

Uuplex glue-coating machine

Checkered rolls plated with hard chromium.
The glue amount can be micro adjusted with digitaldisplay.
The glue can be well distributed and thus saved remarkably.

Double faceer
The conveyor belts can be pneumatically tensioned. The belt deflection can be adjusted either to the left or the right. And the belt can be lifted up automatically.
The pressure rolls can be lifted up or lowered down under the pneumatic control. The pressure applied by the pressure rolls is adjustable.
Both of the heating sections can be regulated individually.

Glue preparing machie

Two groups of slitting cutters can be changed without stopping the machine.
The cutter shanks are plated with hard chromium and the cutter deflection can be corrected.
Its working speed can be synchronous with that of the double facer or can be different from the latter.

The cutting length can be accurately adjusted under the electrical control.

The glue is prepared by the cold glue preparation method.
The glue addition is controlled by the liquid level automatically.
The glue is supplied in an automatic cycle.
