WJ60-1600-1 3-layer corrugated paperboard procuction line

WJ60-1600-1, an economical and modernized corrugated board continuous auto-production line, is designed and made by absorbing advanced technology and experiences both inside and outside China, aiming at the features such as great variety and moderate batch of domestic mediumsized paperboard box plants.
With the principal functions of the large-sized production line reserved in this line,its construction has been simplified to lower production cost and make operation and maintenance easy.

The line consists of 18sets of single machines and its total length is 37m. It can produce continuously 3-layer corrugated paperboard of A. B.C.E flute in conformity with GB6544-86. The line is characterized by its reasonable construction, advanced technology, high quality production, high efficiency and low labour intensity.
