The Model BD-2000 is a special-purpose machine designed for slitting, trimming, rolling and indenting cardboards. The machine can be operated in a production line or work independently. Assured with the advantages of the similar domestic and foreign machnes, this machine has overcome such shortcomings as the rugged edges and flattening caused by the thick angle blade.
The cardboards slit on the machine are bright and clean, smooth, free from rugged edges & flattening. So the cardboard quality and the quality of finished cartons can be improved to a considerable degree. The machine is arranged with a PC controlled cutter sharpening device and an oil mist separating system which in turn keeps the cutter sharp all the time and further extends the cutteris service life.

The slitting operation and the indenting operation are controlled by their independent inverter motors. The machine is reliable in performance, high in production efficiency, good in slitting quality, and easy to operate & matain, etc.

Model DJ1600/2400 Cardboard Stacker |
|
The Model DJ1600/2400 are complimentary equipment for the corrupgated cardboard production lines or the high-speed printing & slotting machines.
The cardboards can be sent in from the cross direction or from the longitudinal direction and then stacked in good order. The cardboards are delivered at a speed controlled by an electromagnetic speed regulator motor.
The stacking height is controlled by an electrophoto cell. The machine features smooth running, easy-to-operate and high working efficiency, etc. |
