YK Series Automatic High-Speed Flexo Printing & Slotting Machine

With the cardboards automatically loaded on it, the machine is capalbe of preforming the multi-colour printing, slitting, indenting, slotting & corner-cutting and hole punching operations on the cardboard athe same time.
The machine works with the water soluble printing ink which is delivered from a pneumatic cycling fdevice.
It is quite easy to change the printing ink and to clean the machine.
The high-orecusuib checked rolls, plated with hard chromium, are use to deliver and distribute the printing ink rolls and the matrix plate, arranged with micro adjustment mechanisms, can be pneumatically lifted up or lower down to have their pressure adjusted.

The machien features high automation, versatility, and high working accuracy.
It is an ideal machine for moden production in the carton making industry.

Models SYFY-2500B & 2000B 2-colour Flexo Printing Machie

Electrical microadjuster - Enables the rapid and accurate caliration of the positive phase position or the negative phase position through 360 no matter whether the machine is under operation or not.

Automatic cluth linkage - Lifts the printing ink roll away from the offset printing forme at the time when the machine stops working, therefore extending the service life of the offset printing forme effectively.

Automatic idle running device - Enables the printing ink roll to keep on running while the machie stops working, so that the printing ink would not be dried up.

Electronic counter - Enables automatic counting of working times, so that the production output could be easily controlled and any waste could be thus avoided.

Auotmatic sprinkling lubrication systems for sears - Assures less noise and better service life of the gears.
Automatic printing ink cycling system with a membrance pump - Assures smooth delivery of the printing ink and makes it easy to change the printing ink or to clean the machine.

A slitting & indenting mechanism can be arranged on the machine as an option and is abailable in two types: Sticking to the offset printing forme or hanging onto the offset printing forme.
