This machine work automatically from cup stacking--clamping--dispatching--vacumizing--empty cup detecting air blowing and dust-sucking--mixing theliquid and pulp (Nata Decoco)-> filling-y foil-sucking and placing--dot--sealing--heat sealing--ink jet printing-- discharging--conveying to air purifying. The above functions can be changed according to customers' requirement.

This machine is a high--speed and full automatic filling and sealing machine. It not only adopts the HMI+PLC control system, safety protection device, position detecting device, malfunction alarm and display device and CIP system, but also include the auto locating sealing, floating self-balance, independent sealing heads and seal ring automatic compensating which belong to our patent technology to make the machine work more safely and stably.
