ZCF-BQ-G1 PAPER CUP, FILM-CUTTING TYPE HIGH SPEED AUTOMATIC FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE

This machine work automatically from cup stacking--clamping--dispatch ing--vacuumizing--empty cup detecting--dust sucking--pulp and jam filling--liquid filling--film placing--heat sea ling--photoelectric pattern proofreading--cutting--leftover collecting--shaping--cup discharging--conveying and air purifying.The above functions can he changed according to customers' requirements.

The machine is specially designed for the filling and sealing of yoghurt, milk,artificial milk, juice,beverage and other food products.

As a fully automatic, high speed filling and sealing machine, it was equipped with HMI+PL.C control system , safety protection devices, malfunction alarm and display and CIP system. We also use our patent technology such as automatic locating sealing, floating self balancing , independent filling heads and seal ring automatic compensating to make the machine safe ,reliable and require less stuff to operate.

Most components of our machine are imported from Germany and Japan.
