ZCF-PZ-G1 SERIES PLASTIC BOTTLE FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE

The machine automatically work from Iocating, filling, aluminum lid making and covering, sealing and bottle discharging.

The machine is specially designed for high-viscosity yoghurt , fresh cream,soybean milk,juice,daily chemical and pesticide etc.. We can also designmultifunctional machine according to the different middle or big type of bottle.

The machine is applied with the new filling technology of no driping,spraying and air bubble,and it equipped with imported sealing rings, FEST4 pneumatic components from Germany to insure the accurate filling capacity.

The machine is designed according to a high sanitation standards. The filling device can be connected to CIP system,there is no unsanitary section. The whole structure is made in stainless steel,it is convenient to clean. And it equipped with air cleansing device according to the customers' requirment.

The machine is equipped with the special lid-making device to saving film.The appearance of the products is very beautiful.
