ZCF-BQ-G3 SERIES FULL-AUTO FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE FOR FRUITY CAN AND EIGHT TREASURE GRUEL

This machine work automatically from cup dispatching--empty cup detecting--granule filling--stream spraying--iquid filling--alcohol spraying--film placing--date printing--Nitrogen gas filling--heat sealing device 1--photo--electric pattern proofreading--heat sealing device 2--cutting--leftover collecting--fork type cup discharging. The above functions can be changed according to customers' requirements.

This machine is a new design for the filling and sealing of plastic cup, fruity can, jelly with pulp (nata decoco), pudding and so on.

This machine not only adopts the PLC control system, safety protection device, failure display device, but also the auto locating sealing , floating self-balance, independent sealing heads and sealing automatic compensating which belong to our patent technology to make the machine work more safely and stably.

Most components of this machine we used are famous brands from Germany and Japan.
