ZLCP series plastic bottle molding machine

From pouch sending--vacuum sucking--locating filling--Nitrogen gas filling--spout head washing--automatic caps feeding and covering--caps--screwing (frequency convertingy--capping quality detecting and separating, pouch discharging to liquid level controlling are all automatic.

Connected to CIP washing system, equipped with PLC +HM1 control system and laminar flow hood.

Can add or delete some functions according to the requirements of the customers.

The machine is specially designed for the filling and cap screwing of the stand-up pouch type products such as drinkable jelly, dairy products, juice, drink, ice cream, dairy chemicals and other products.
