This machine can work automatically from pouch loading--vacuumizing, locating filling--Nitrogen gas filling--second time locating filling--rspout head washing--automatic caps feeding and covering--caps screwing (frequency converting)--capping quality detecting and separating to pouch discharging and liquid level controlling. Connected to CIP washing system and equipped with PLC+HMI control system.

Can add or delete some functions according to the customers'
requirements.
