Technical features
Electrical control system:
　The machine workds under the PLC control via a man-and-machine interface. The machine is equipped with a modularized temperature controller and perated through a touch-type colure screen. All the production data can be set up, midified, searched and monitored and the machine trouble diaagnosis can be complete both on the touch-type screen. The electric elements work on the non-contact working principle, thus being durable in service life.

Hydraulic system:
The machne works under the proportional pressure control. The machine is equipped with hydraulic vales and hydraulic pumps inported from world-famous companies, thus assuring consistent and reliable working performance.

Plasticizing system:
The high peformance screw used on the machine assure thorough and homogeneous plasticization and mixing of plastics.
