YH-B-4LEmbossed/printed Facial Folder is designed to be equipped with the color printing unit based on the original facial folder, the machine is featured of unique design, stable running, easy operation and correct printing. It is ideal equipment for the production of high quality facials.
Main features:
1. The printing unit is equipped with rubber printing plate and anilox roll, making it nice design and correct printing.
2. The machine is equipped with timing belt driving system and varied speed adjustment, making it correct transmission, less noise and convenient maintenance;
3. The embossing unit is of steel to steel rolls, and the patterns can be depended on the needs of customers;
4. Equipped with Roots Type vacuum pump for stable running of the machine.
5. Add the pressing assembly according to the requirement of customer, and control the speed by using the PLC speed controller.

6. Lubricate the main transmitting parts regularly.
7. Equip with assembly that the machine will auto matically stop when the paper is cut, front and back point-move assembly, and electronic counting function.
