This machine is designed to be equipped with double color printing unit and embossing unit based on the YZ-A Hanky Folder. It is featured of nice, clear and correct printing,
and easy operation.
1. The printing unit is equipped with rubber printing plate and anilox roll. The ink can be coated evenly on the anilox roll to print the nice and clear designs.
2. The gap between the two folding cylinders can be adjusted depending on the different ply and basic weight of parent jumbo rolls. This adjustment can be done during the machine running, which can cut the machine down time.
3. The calendaring unit is of steel to rubber rolls, which are
covered with highly polished neoprene .
4. The embossing rolls can be covered with wool-cloth, neo-prene, or wool-paper material (depending on the needs of customers).
